Ingredients

100g Royal Blue potatoes, sliced, cooked

1 sprig fresh rosemary

1 clove garlic, chopped

Maldon sea salt to taste

Extra virgin olive oil

 

Method

 

Place potato on to the pizza dough.

Sprinkle with chopped garlic and top with fresh rosemary and sea salt.

Drizzle with olive oil.
